Our competitors may allow you to return your equipment after use too, but most only offer a refund in the form of a store credit. Golf Direct Now will credit the entire cost of your purchase right back to you.

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs back to Golf Direct Now. Upon receipt, customer will be given the full amount less any original shipping charges back to the original form of payment. To set up a return using the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee policy, please call us at (855)628-7870 within 30 days of your original purchase to receive a return authorization number.
- If you are returning footwear, DO NOT put the shipping labels on the original footwear box. The original footwear box must be inserted in a bag or another box. If not, it will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- Items must be returned with all the original components (ex: headcovers, adjustment wrenches, weight kits, etc.). No exceptions will be made.
- Custom club orders cannot be returned.
- Any equipment with alternations made (ex: grip, lie angle, etc.) cannot be returned.
- Any equipment showing excess wear or damage of any kind cannot be returned. Examples of excessive wear and tear would be heavy use, major scratches or marks, or any dings or dents.
