To setup a return using the “30 Day Demo Day” policy, please call us at 855-628-7870 within 30 days of your original purchase to receive a return authorization number.  You will be responsible for return shipping back to us.  Upon receipt of the club(s), you will be given the full amount less any original shipping charges back to your original form of payment. 

If you are returning footwear DO NOT put the shipping labels on the original footwear box.  The original footwear box must be inserted in a bag or another box. If It is not it will be subject to 50% restock fee.  

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Items must be returned with all the original components i.e. head covers, adjustment wrenches, weight kits, etc.  Any custom clubs ordered cannot be returned.  Any alterations from the original club including grip or lie angle changes may not be returned.  Any clubs showing excess wear, sky marks, or damage of any kind cannot be returned.  Program is valid for online purchases only.  Golf Direct Now reserves the right to change, revoke, or end this program at any time.
