If you are not completely satisfied with anything you have purchased from us, you may return it in original, new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (after we apply a 20 percent restocking fee). Personalized golf balls may only be returned for partial credit. Golf balls, bags, and shoes may not be returned in used condition unless they are defective or otherwise covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
If you are returning footwear DO NOT put the shipping labels on the original footwear box. The original footwear box must be inserted in a bag or another box. If the shipping label is on the original footwear box it will be subject to 50% restocking fee.
If the return is due to a product misrepresentation or product defect, we will refund your shipping charges. If returned for other reasons, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Used golf clubs can be returned within 15 days with a 50 percent restock fee.
Shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund.
Incorrect item delivered
If we deliver the wrong item to you, we will pay to have the item shipped back to us and then we will deliver the correct item to you at our expense.
If you purchase an item that does not fit you correctly, including golf apparel, golf shoes, or golf gloves, you may ship the item back to us, in new and unused condition, and we will replace it with the correct size (if available). Returns and shipping charges due to mis-sizings are paid by the customer.
How to return an item
Please call 630-791-9486 to attain an RA number.
Write the RA number on the outside of the box.
We will NOT accept returns unless an RA number is provided and written on the outside of the box.
If an item is sent without an RA number it will not be accepted.
Please send the item back to the address that we provide.
