The iDi is more stable and forgiving than the previous model, thanks to a head that's both deeper from front to back and shallower. In addition to generating 15% higher MOI on high/low impacts, the revised head dimensions create space for PING's new inR-Air technology. A literal pocket of air, this innovative design combines with the iron's covered cavity and i-Beam structure to dampen sound, reduce vibration, and improve feel, turning what were formerly shortcomings into strengths.
